Stuff
I haven’t watched it yet, but Here is a post for your comments on HIMYM episoded entitled “Stuff”.
I just finished this episode and I have to say, one of the best ones! It had everything… great jokes, great acting (and really bad acting), love “stuff”, and storyline continuation!
The episode opens up with Ted and Robin in the bar talking about where to eat when Ted accidentally asks Robin to go to a restaurant that he thought they went together to, when in fact he had taken another girl there. We see several other times where Ted mistakes things he has done with other girls, he covers up with “his sister”, with things he and Robin have done. This leads to the main storyline.
The other characters are worked in when Lily gives a horrible play and Barney can’t say anything nice. To prove to Lily that friends don’t always have to say nice things, because they are friends he gives the worst imaginable play to see if Lily can say anything nice.
I won’t spoil anymore of this episode, but I laughed out loud when Barney makes a dash for the door at the end of Lily’s play and at the final credit scene.

It was awesome. I have to say, since “Slap Bet” the series kind of slowed down, but “Lucky Penny” and “Stuff” have been awesome. Not to mention the ending of this one…Priceless!

Stuff was Legendary. Monday Night Football was great, and so was How Lilly Stole Christmas. They only let down this season I thought was Columns mainly because it didnt have anything to do with anything, and I hate the guy that played Ted’s boss.
Season 2 has not been a let down at all, and I think we are just getting into the story arc heavy shows, kinda of like how Season 1 the last half was all one long story.

I agree,this ep was awesome. Everything was good. And the return of Slap Bet topped it off perfectly.

OKAY i’ve watched it twice now… and i’ve decided… this episode is officially THE BEST HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER EPISODE EVER! i have to admit after Slapbet i was like.. “How are they going to top this? They just can’t!” and the last few episodes [while they were awesome] just havent lived up to my heightened expectations… BUT THIS WAS THE BEST EPISODE EVER! It had everything! Character development, major plot development, Barney being… well.. Barney… [i nearly crapped myself during the robot part], Jason Segel being all hot n sexy! A dude on a leash licking Ted’s face! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR IN A HIMYM EPISODE?! now i’m wondering how they’ll top this one. i’m on the edge of my seat… but i’m betting next monday is going to be LEGEN-wait for it, and i hope you’re not lactose intolerant because the next part of that word is- DARY!
