They are more for technical achievement, and I'm pretty sure they weren't aired. Last year, they won for Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series(for the pilot) and Outstanding Cinematography for a Multi-Camera Series(for 'The Limo'). I thought I watched the whole thing. Did it happen after the Sopranos won the outstanding drama series because I turned it off during their speech because I could have sworn they said that was the last award. Woah when did this happen!?
